I knew very little about the process at the time, and yet working with Amrit over a few months I ended up with offers from Wharton, Ross ($80,000 scholarship), and UCLA (full-ride scholarship). I talked to half a dozen consultants – Amrit was the only one who pushed me to intentionally explore and articulate my career goals; he asked critical and insightful questions, and got to know my story outside of my work

There is never a lull/drop in the process as Amrit is prompt in his replies/feedback and was able to match my speed and energy. PS: he was my second call (after Dad) when I got admitted into my priority 1 school.

The thing that I liked about working with Amrit is how he has codified the process. He breaks down the process into smaller steps and only after completing these steps, we would move ahead. I enjoyed this bit because it helped me stay organized. On the essay front, we went through a lot of iterations before an essay was finalized. He doesn’t sacrifice on quality even if I was already on the 10th iteration.

Working with Amrit feels like talking to a friend. The conversations were very natural, sometimes jest-riddled, but always insightful. By going through my experiences, and sometimes challenging me to craft my stories from a different perspective, he helped me find a voice that let my personality shine through in the applications.

By the end of last year, I learned so much through his process and the journey and it didn't feel like a challenge. It just felt like I grew so much and I learned so much about myself and it was a truly memorable experience.

Will-Do Attitude: When I received interview invitations from B Schools, Amrit unfortunately was hospitalized with illness. Yet he did not let this affect our preparation. I still remember the time he (unexpectedly!) called me from the hospital so that we could practice a mock interview. I was mighty impressed – here was a professional who deeply cared for his clients.
